Very friendly, helpful staff; close to beach; big breakfast included; close to casino; good size rooms. didn’t use gym, but it looked great. Good wifi in rooms.

It’s beautiful but the staff is even better! Location is good. Rooms are also nice. The hotel is very well kept. Nice facilities, great breakfast. Nothing bad to say I would like to say that the staff was amazing!! Thank you Melemis for making my daughter’s Birthday very special and to the staff that prepared and made the surprise possible! Thank you Martin for all the services, recommandations and going above and beyond to answer all my questions! Hope to be back again!!

Location, restaurant, bar, friendly staff, location, comfort. The second day of my stay was my birthday. When I got back to my room by the end of the day, I found a greeting card from the hotel staff and a small cute cake! I find this totally awesome. Thank you so much for your kindness, and for making my stay wonderful.

The hotel is just in front of the beach and around many stores. The hotel does not recommend any specific tours but has 2 tour agencies in the offices on the ground floor. Most of the staff was super friendly and the facilities were clean. My room was nice, with a fantastic beach view and beautiful sunset. The breakfast was delicious, a buffet with different options that were changing from day to day, including traditional Colombian food.

The impressive large hotel overlooking the beachfront, with great views. The staff was great and welcoming, and spoke English.

Very nice 5 Star hotel, directly located at the Cartagena beach, surrounded by good restaurants and cafes. It’s a nice hotel with a swimming pool in level 5, and it’s only 1 minute to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean. Bar and restaurant in the hotel as well as the breakfast are very good.

Breakfast was great with a range of hot and cold options, the choices also changed daily so it wasn't the same food every morning! Staff are incredible there and catered for everything with a smile and genuinely the stay are great as it was, without the staff a place cant function and the staff there are amazing!
